The Pineapple Blossom Tea Room is small, cozy and charming. Recently opened in Miami’s newly revitalized Upper Eastside neighborhood, it is right on Biscayne Boulevard in a “pineapple yellow” building. Owned and operated by renowned Pastry Chef Frances Brown, who has worked in South Florida for 15 years in top restaurants and hotels. Ms. Brown is well known for her fabulous pastries and desserts that reflect the fusion of the multi-culture of the Americas that reside in South Florida. She gracefully balances fusion with traditional classics and brings to this venture not only her creativity, artistry and style but also her love of the vibrancy of the Americas, its food, its culture, its music.
